Our office is Room No.- 509 in the Sristi Square Building. It’s located on Lbs Road in Bhandup (W), which is quite a lively area, especially being so near the D-Mart Mall. People use that mall as a landmark to find us all the time. Puma Tools Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this fifth-floor space for a good while. It’s a typical office building, so there’s always people coming and going from the elevators. Inside our room, it’s mostly just shelves of tools and some desks pushed together. We spend our time checking inventory and making sure everything is labeled right. It gets a bit crowded when a new shipment comes in, but we make it work. Bhandup is a busy part of the city, and the traffic on Lbs Road can be a real headache sometimes. We try to get in early to beat the worst of it. We are just a handful of people here, not some massive corporation. We know each other’s coffee orders and who’s likely to be late on a Monday. Puma Tools Pvt. Ltd. is just our way of making a living. We don't have any big corporate manifestos. We just look at what’s on the list for the day and try to finish it before the sun goes down. It’s a simple routine, and we’re happy enough with it. We just focus on the tools and getting them to the right people.
