Psamir Co Trading is situated at 109, Tirupati Udhyog Premises on I.B. Patel Road. This part of Goregaon East is always busy, and our building is no exception. We are on the first floor. It’s a typical trading office—lots of boxes, stacks of invoices, and phones that don’t seem to stop ringing. The space isn’t very big, so we’ve had to get creative with how we stack our inventory. It can feel a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives. We don’t have any fancy decorations. There might be an old calendar on the wall and a few fans humming away to keep the air moving. I.B. Patel Road is loud and dusty, but you stop noticing it after you’ve worked here for a month. Our team is small, just a few of us handling everything from sales to shipping. We don't have meetings about "company values." We just want to make sure the orders are accurate and that they get out the door on time. Lunch is usually a quick affair, often ordered from one of the stalls downstairs. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one is trying to be something they aren't. We just show up, do the trading work, and head home once the shutters are down. It’s a regular, honest business in a busy corner of Mumbai.
