Out here in Karad, things move a little differently than in the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Our office is located at Jay Ambe Residency, specifically at M NO 1613 F-7. It is a solid building and it suits us just fine for what we do at Prowinzye Global Solutions Private Limited. We handle a lot of different bits and pieces for businesses, mostly stuff that people don't want to deal with themselves. We aren't some huge multinational with thousands of staff. It’s a smaller team here, local people who know the Satara area well. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people over the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers, but we know where everything is. The residency is a good landmark, so folks don't usually get lost looking for us. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and provide something useful to the community here. It’s not a polished corporate environment; we wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website that does tricks. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start working through the list of things to do. Life in Karad is good, and having a business here feels right. We keep things simple and try to be helpful whenever someone calls us up with a problem. There are no corporate handbooks here, just us doing our jobs.
