We’re located in the Marathon Icon building, specifically on the 11th floor in suite 1106. Being in Lower Parel West means it’s usually quite a rush outside, but up here at Propconnect Avenue Private Limited, things are a bit calmer. We spend our days dealing with various real estate connections and helping people figure out their property needs. Mumbai is a tough place to find the right spot, so we just try to be a helpful hand in that process. We don't have a big corporate vibe here. It’s mostly just us in a regular office, making phone calls and checking on documents. We aren't about big promises or slick sales pitches. We just tell people what the situation is and try to move things along. The commute to Ganpat Rao Kadam Marg can be a pain with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way because we can actually talk to each other and keep things organized. We don't use any special jargon or try to sound smarter than we are.
