Promt Toys Pvt. Ltd.

We are tucked away in the Laxmi Mill Compound, specifically at G-10/B on Shakti Mill Lane in Mahalaxmi. The compound is an old industrial space, so it has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit creaky. Promt Toys Pvt. Ltd. is basically a big room filled with parts and pieces of various things we are putting together. It’s quite a colorful place compared to the grey walls of the mill. We have boxes of components stacked against the walls and a few long tables where the actual assembly happens. The air in Mahalaxmi is always thick with the smell of the city and the nearby sea. We usually have a few fans going to keep the air moving. Our team is small, mostly just a few people who have been doing this for years. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just all pitch in where it is needed. Some days we are busy with shipping, and other days we are just sitting there fixing things that didn't go together quite right. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We like being in this old mill because it feels like a place where things are actually made. It’s noisy and busy, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the boxes ready for whoever is waiting for them.
