Prodigy Realty Llp is based up on the 10th floor of the Lodha Supremus building. If you know Worli, you know how busy Dr. E Moses Road gets, especially around Worli Nakka. Our office is in unit 1003, and looking out from here, you see the city moving all the time. It is not a huge place, just a workspace where we handle the property side of things. We have been here for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, check the files, and talk to people who are looking for places nearby. The building itself is quite modern, but inside our office, it’s just desks and chairs and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the lift takes a bit of time during the lunch hour because so many people work in this block. We are in Plot 3/301 and 4/401, which sounds complicated on paper but once you are in the building, it makes sense. Worli is a central spot, so people from all over Mumbai end up passing through here. We don't do anything fancy. It is mostly just answering calls and keeping track of who is buying or selling what. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually keep the blinds down. It’s a practical place to work and we are just another office among many in this part of town.
