Nirmal Trade Links

Our shop is up on the third floor of the Peerbhoy Building. It is Shop No. 40. The building is at 89 Princess Street, which is one of the busiest parts of the city for trading. It is an old building and the stairs can be a bit much if the lift isn't working right that day. We have been working out of this space for quite a long time. It is full of boxes and papers because that is the nature of trading links. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. It’s just a place where we handle our business and talk on the phone with suppliers and customers. Princess Street is always crowded with people carrying goods and handcarts moving around. You get used to the chaos after a few years. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is always something to be sent out or a call to take. We don't use any big marketing words. We just do the trading work that we know. Most of our customers have been with us for years, so they know exactly where to find us in Peerbhoy Building. It is a very traditional way of doing business in Mumbai. We start our day when the market opens and we don't really leave until the work is finished.
