Prime Construction

We are Prime Construction. You can find us at 103, Aysha Manzil on the Behram Baug Road in Jogeshwari West. It is a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. We have been working out of this spot for quite a long time now. Our day usually starts pretty early because the traffic around here gets bad fast. We do mostly local building work and renovations. If someone needs a wall fixed or a new floor put in, they usually just walk up to the office and ask for us. We don't have any fancy receptionists or big glass doors. It is just a practical space where we keep our plans and talk to the workers. My father was in this line of work too, so I just followed along. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our jobs come from people who saw our work down the street or heard about us from a neighbor. We just try to get the job done without too much fuss. Construction is messy and loud, but we are used to it by now. The office is often full of dust and the smell of cement, which is just how it goes in this business. We know the local suppliers around Jogeshwari, so we can usually get materials delivered without waiting too long. It is a basic business, run by regular people who know how to build things properly.
