Our place, Prime Civil Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, is tucked away in the Dangat Industrial Estate in Vile Parle East. We’re in Unit A 203. Being in an industrial estate means there is always noise and movement around us, which actually suits the kind of work we do. We deal with civil stuff, mostly construction and ground work. It’s a lot of boots and dusty clothes around here. We start early because that’s when the work gets done best. Our team is a mix of people who have been doing this for years and some newer faces. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy meetings; usually, we just talk about what needs to happen that day and get to it. The office is more of a place to store files and take a break than a place for showing off. We have a lot of equipment to keep track of, and making sure everything is where it should be is a job in itself. Vile Parle is a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily from here. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. Building things takes time and effort, and that’s what we focus on every day. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we just figure it out and keep moving. It’s just how the construction business works for us.
