Our office is in Vashi, New Mumbai, located at C 207, Balaji Towers in Sector 30. It’s a busy part of Maharashtra and there is always a lot of movement around the towers. We have our little corner here where Pricewaterhousecoopers Pvt Ltd operates. It is a functional space, mostly just desks and chairs and a whole lot of computers. The 400 705 area is pretty well connected, so getting here isn't too bad. We don't have any polished marble or fancy lights. It’s just a place where we handle the paperwork and the accounts. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a bit of a rattling noise but it keeps the room cool enough. We have a shelf full of old files and some books that nobody really reads. Most of our time is spent looking at screens and typing away. We take our tea breaks together when we can. It’s a straightforward environment without any bells or whistles. People in the building are generally friendly. We just focus on getting our work finished so we can head out at the end of the day. The view from the window is just more buildings and the street below. It feels like a real, hardworking place rather than something out of a magazine. We’ve been at Balaji Towers for a while now and it’s just our daily spot. We don't need much more than that to get the job done. It is a solid place.
