Prestige Agencies is situated at 116, Narayan Dhuru Street. If you know this part of town, you know it’s the heart of the hardware and tools trade. Our building is right there among all the others. It’s an old area, and the streets are always busy with handcarts and delivery trucks. We have been operating from this address for quite a long time. We aren't a big agency with lots of departments. It’s a small operation. We have shelves full of items and a small desk where we do the billing. The lighting isn't great, but it works for us. We spend our time talking to customers who come in looking for specific parts or supplies. We don't have a fancy sales pitch. We just show them what we have and tell them the price. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we are honest and that we don't try to push things they don't need. The noise from the street is constant, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a social media page or anything like that. People find us because we are here on Narayan Dhuru Street. It’s a simple life, running a shop like this. We just keep track of the inventory and try to stay organized in the middle of all the daily chaos.
