Premier Construction Company

We run our business out of Om Samrudhi C.H.S., specifically in Room 11 on the ground floor. If you are in the Nallasopara West area, you just head over to Samel Pada and you will see us. We go by the name Premier Construction Company. It is a simple operation where we handle various building and repair tasks all over the Thane district. Our office is not really much to look at, just a practical space for us to keep our tools and our project records. We spend the majority of our time out on the streets, visiting job sites or meeting with suppliers to get the best prices on materials. Sometimes the dust from the street blows into the office, but that is just part of working in a busy place like this. We have a small crew that has stayed together for a long time. We know how to get things done without needing to talk about it too much. Usually, we are busy with residential repairs or fixing up small commercial spaces for people in the neighborhood. We do not have a website or any kind of sales team. Most of our clients find us because they saw our sign or because a friend told them about us. It is an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just want to do a solid job and then go home. Every day has a different set of problems to solve.
