Premier Construction Co.

You can find our office at Room No. 11 on the ground floor of the Om Samrudhi C.H.S. building. We are located in Samel Pada, which is part of Nallasopara West in the Thane district. Premier Construction Co. is a small team of people. We do not have a big, flashy corporate building, just this one room where we manage all our construction jobs. The neighborhood around us is always lively, and there is a lot of activity right outside our window throughout the day. We mostly take on local building projects, home renovations, and basic masonry work. Our desks stay covered in site photos and scraps of paper with different measurements written on them. It can be a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole crew is in the office at once, but we make it work. Most of the day, we are out at different sites around the Thane area making sure the workers have the supplies they need to keep going. We do not use any complicated software, just a lot of phone calls and old-fashioned notebooks to track our progress. It is a very hands-on way to run things. We know most of our neighbors in the building and the shopkeepers nearby. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in and ask us a question about a project. We just do the work and try to keep things moving.
