We are based in Nerul, specifically over at Sector-44 in the Shree Sai Sammarth building. If you know the A-Wing, we are on the fourth floor in room 404. Being in New Mumbai makes a lot of sense for a clearing agency like ours because things are always moving around here. Most of our days are spent dealing with files, customs stuff, and making sure things get through where they need to go. It isn’t always glamorous work, honestly. There is a lot of back and forth with the paperwork and sometimes the phones don't stop ringing for hours. We have been in this spot for a while now and the team knows the local area pretty well. It’s a busy part of Phase II and finding parking can be a bit of a headache some mornings. We just try to get the jobs done as they come in. People usually come to us because they need someone who knows the actual process of clearing goods without making it more complicated than it already is. We don't really do the big corporate speeches here. We just sit at our desks, handle the documents, and talk to the people who need help moving their items. It’s a small office environment where everyone knows what the other person is doing. We keep things straightforward because that’s what works best for us and the people we deal with every day.
