Premco Global Ltd is located in Kalyan, which is part of the larger Thane district in Maharashtra. Our address is right in the 421 301 area. Kalyan is famous for its massive railway junction, and that energy definitely carries over into the way we work. It’s a gritty, hardworking town where people are always on the move. We aren't in some high-rise in Mumbai; we are right here where the actual production and transit happen. Our office stays busy from early morning until late evening. You can hear the sounds of the city and the industrial units nearby. It is a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are focused on the global side of the business from a local perspective. The staff mostly comes from the surrounding areas, taking the local trains or buses to get in. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic, as is typical in a place like Kalyan, but we manage to stay organized. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. The work involves a lot of coordination and making sure the factory side and the shipping side are talking to each other. It’s just a group of people putting in their hours and getting the job done. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and a to-do list.
