Our facility is at R./677 in the Midc Ttc Industrial Area, just off the Thane Belapur Road. As you can probably guess from the name, we spend all our time with gears. It’s a heavy industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving and the sound of manufacturing in the air. Our place is no different. It’s filled with the sound of metal being worked. We aren't much for office politics or fancy meetings. Usually, we're out on the floor making sure the gear cutters are set up right. Thane Belapur Road is a busy stretch, and being in MIDC means we’re surrounded by other folks doing similar hard work. We've been here for a while, and the walls are a bit stained from years of production, but the equipment is what matters. We don't have a PR team. If a customer has a problem, they just call and talk to one of the guys on the floor. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We focus on the teeth of the gears and making sure the heat treatment is correct. It’s repetitive work, but it requires a lot of attention. We just show up, do the shifts, and head home. It’s a solid, no-nonsense business where the focus stays on the production line and getting the orders shipped out on time. The floor can be oily, but the gears are always clean.
