Precision Electricals

We are based out of Marol MIDC Phase II, specifically on Road No. 9. It’s a busy spot in Mumbai. The building for Precision Electricals is Plot No. 26. Getting here can be a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the station, but once you’re in the MIDC area, it’s easier to find. We do electrical work, mostly parts and assembly. The floor is always covered in wires and small metal bits. We spend a lot of time testing things to make sure they work before they go out. It’s not quiet work. There’s always the sound of drilling or soldering. The light in the workshop is a bit bright, but we need it to see the small parts. We have a small crew. Most of the guys live nearby or take the bus. We’ve been here for a long time, so we know the other shop owners on the street. Sometimes we borrow tools from each other. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big reception area, just a door that leads straight into the main workspace. You’ll probably see a few crates stacked near the entrance. We try to keep the paperwork in the small cabin at the back. It’s a bit cramped in there with all the files and folders. Rain makes things slow down because the roof drips a bit in the corner, but we just move the tables. We keep a radio playing most of the afternoon to pass the time. It helps everyone stay focused.
