Precision Converters

Precision Converters operates out of the Santoor Building in the Nadbramha Society. We are located in Flat No: 23 in the Warje area of Pune. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential-style building rather than a big factory. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed, though we still keep busy with the converting work. Warje has grown a lot lately, and there are shops popping up everywhere, but our society stays relatively quiet. Most of our work happens inside the flat where we’ve set up our machines and tables. You can hear the hum of the equipment if you stand in the hallway. We don’t have a big warehouse, so we have to stay very organized with our materials. The Santoor Building is easy enough to find once you are in the Nadbramha Society. We spend most of our time dealing with the specifics of the orders that come in. It’s just a few of us here, and we usually have the radio playing while we work. Living and working in the same general area of Pune is nice because we don’t have to deal with the main city traffic as much. The flat is full of boxes and rolls of whatever we are working on that week. It’s a practical way to run things without the overhead of a massive industrial park. It works for us and the way we handle our daily tasks.
