We are based in the Chhotani Building on Proctor Road. It’s 52 C, near Grant Road East. The building is an old one, with a lot of character and some creaky floors that tell you someone is coming. Precious Electronics Pvt. Ltd. has been here long enough that the walls feel familiar to us. We deal with all sorts of electronic goods. The rooms are filled with boxes, and sometimes it's hard to walk through without bumping into something. We aren't really into the whole polished business look. We wear comfortable clothes and work until the job is finished. Proctor Road can be quite noisy with all the vehicles passing by, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of us working or the occasional phone ringing. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea. It’s a tight-knit group here. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that on the wall. We just know what we need to do each day to keep things running. Some of us have been working here since we were much younger. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s a good way to start the morning. We just keep things moving, one day at a time, without any fuss. It’s not always easy, but we’ve seen a lot of people come and go, and we still like this spot.
