P.R.Builders (Wadhwani Group)

We are P.R. Builders, part of the Wadhwani Group. Our office is a bit tucked away in Mumbai. We are in Room No 11B and 3 at Mahakal Wadi. That’s near Shakti Nagar, specifically on C.S. Road No 04 in Dahisar East. It’s a crowded part of the city, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We have two small rooms where we handle all the building and planning work. It gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. Dahisar is a good area, though the traffic on C.S. Road can be a nightmare in the evenings. We’ve been working on projects around here for quite a while. We aren't some big high-rise developer with a glass office in Colaba. We are right here in the neighborhood. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or talking to laborers. The walls of the office are covered in old blueprints and notes. It’s not the cleanest or the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy language to talk about our work. We just build things. People in the 4000 068 area know our name because we’ve been around so long. If you need to find us, just look for the Shakti Nagar landmark and we’re right nearby. It’s just us doing our best every day to make sure the walls go up straight and the roofs stay on.
