We have been operating out of number 17 in the Mangal Bazar area of Dadar for quite a while now. If you know Dadar, you know that Mangal Bazar is always packed with people and there is a lot of noise and energy everywhere. Our office is right in the middle of all that. It’s not a very big place, just enough room for Pravin and the rest of the associates to have their own space to work. We usually have papers piled up on the desks because there is always a lot to keep track of. The building itself is older, and we’ve been here long enough that we know all the other shopkeepers and office workers on the street. It’s a very local feel. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of our work is still done with physical files and face-to-face conversations. People often drop in because they were already in the market for something else and remembered they needed to talk to us about a project. It can get a bit chaotic on market days, but that’s just life in Dadar. We don't try to act like a big corporate firm. We are just a group of people doing our jobs and helping out the clients who come through our door at 17 Mangal Bazar. It’s a straightforward way of doing business and it has worked for us for years. We keep things simple and honest.
