Pratik Lamps

We are located in the Agarwal Industrial Estate on S.V. Road in Jogeswari (W). Being in an industrial area means there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. Our unit, 12/E, is where all the lamp work happens. It’s a bit of a dusty environment, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with metal and glass all day. We have racks of lamp parts and finished lighting fixtures everywhere. The space isn’t very large, so we have to be careful where we step so we don't trip over a wire. Most of our time is spent assembling things or checking that the wiring is right. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have a few big fans that help a little. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a fancy front desk or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us with a screwdriver in hand or packing a cardboard box for delivery. We’ve been in Jogeswari for years and know the other shop owners around here. It’s a hard-working community. Sometimes we get orders that keep us here late into the night, but we don't mind the extra hours if the work gets done right. We just want to make sure the lamps we send out are solid and do what they’re supposed to do. It’s practical work for practical people. No big speeches or fancy logos, just lots of lamps and grease.
