Pratik Fab Tech Pvt. Ltd. is located at B/302 in the Chandralok C.H.S. on New Nanepada Road. It’s tucked away behind Gandhiraj Society, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. Our office is inside a residential society, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical industrial park. We have our drafting tables and some computers where we work on technical designs and fabrication plans. Most of the day is spent looking at blueprints or talking to the guys at the workshop sites. It’s not a large team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. The office is often cluttered with metal samples and rolled-up drawings that we haven't found a place for yet. We have a small balcony where we go to take a break and look out at the trees in the society garden. It’s a decent place to work, even if the building is a bit old and the stairs can be tiring when the lift isn't working right. We don't spend much money on making the office look modern; we’d rather spend it on better tools for the job. Our focus is just on getting the measurements right and making sure the fabrication projects move along as they should. It’s practical, everyday work for us, and we try to keep things as simple as possible while meeting our deadlines.
