We are located over at A-404 Sai Complex, which is on the 120 Link Road in Dahisar West. It’s right by Kandarpada Hill. This is the spot where we manage Pratibha Pipes And Structural Pvt. Ltd. It’s more of an office setting here compared to a big open yard, but we still handle all the pipe and structural steel business from this desk. Being in Dahisar means we’re right in the middle of a lot of growth. We spend most of our time on the phone with suppliers or talking to people at construction sites. The 120 Link Road can get pretty jammed with traffic, so we usually start our day early to get ahead of it. Our space in the Sai Complex is where the paperwork happens and where we plan out the deliveries. It’s not a very big office, just enough room for us to sit and get the work finished. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for quite a while now. We know the shortcuts and the local guys who need steel for their projects. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily grind and making sure the orders are processed. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when several projects start at once, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s a simple way of working, focusing on the basics of the trade. We like being based in Dahisar and seeing the area change around us.
