Pratibha Industries Ltd

You can find us in Kalyan East, over at Pande Chawl, Room Number 2. We are situated right near the Coal Depo on Shrimalang Road. Being in a chawl means it is a very local and busy environment. There are neighbors all around us, and you can always hear the sounds of the street and the people living nearby. For Pratibha Industries Ltd, this room serves as our main point of contact in this area. It’s a small space, so we have to be very organized with where we put our ledgers and equipment. There’s no big glass window or air-conditioned waiting room here. It is just a simple room where we sit and do our jobs. The area near Tisgaon is quite active, and we see a lot of local movement every day. The walk from the station can be a bit long, so most of us take a shared auto. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a good ceiling fan that keeps the air moving. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees in this one spot. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything runs the way it should. It is a very down-to-earth place to work, and we like the honesty of the neighborhood.
