Prathmesh Developers

Prathmesh Developers has its office in Shop 607 at Aruna Shruti, over in Borivali East. We are near the Mandvi area, right by the post office, so it is easy for people to drop in. We have been in the development business for a while, mainly looking at local projects around this side of the city. Our shop is a bit small, but it is where all the planning happens. We spend a lot of time looking at land records and talking to builders. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. Some days are just spent waiting at government offices for a stamp, which can be pretty frustrating, to be honest. But that is the nature of the job here. We know the Borivali area like the back of our hands. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in the world; we just want to get our projects finished right. People come to us because they know we are local and we actually live here too. We have seen how the neighborhood has changed over the years, from small houses to these bigger apartments. It is interesting to see the growth, even if the traffic has gotten worse lately. We keep our paperwork organized as best we can and just take things one day at a time. It is a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes. We just focus on what is happening in our own neighborhood.
