Prathamesh Enterprises

Prathamesh Enterprises is based at 120 in the Kohinoor Industrial Estate. Being right by the Express Highway in Goregaon East means we hear the traffic all day long. It is a busy spot, and there is always something happening outside the gates. Our space is mostly taken up by boxes and equipment. We moved in here because it was a practical location for getting things in and out without too much trouble. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of computers and a printer that jams every now and then. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the orders and make sure the supplies are stocked. It is a lot of manual work, moving things around and checking the manifests. The lighting isn't the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We keep a pot of tea going most of the morning. People usually call us before they come over because the estate can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We have got our routine down, and we don't really change it much. It is just about getting the tasks done and making sure the inventory matches the books. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the highway is blocked and the deliveries are late or the weather is bad.
