Prasad Suresh Bandekar

I’ve been working out of this spot in Borivali East for quite some time now. We are located right at the Ekta Bhoomi Gardens apartment, specifically in H/805. It’s pretty convenient because the station road is just right there. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around the station, but up here in the apartment, things stay relatively quiet so we can actually focus. My name is Prasad Suresh Bandekar and I handle most of the day-to-day stuff myself. There isn't a big flashy sign or anything like that since it’s a residential building, but most people who need to find us usually manage just fine. Living and working in the same general area has its ups and downs, but mostly it just makes things simpler. I spend a lot of my mornings just getting through the usual paperwork and calls. The building is decent and the neighbors don’t seem to mind us being here. Sometimes the traffic on the road downstairs is a bit much, especially during rush hour when everyone is headed to the trains. But honestly, it’s home. I don't really have a big team or anything, just a few people helping out when things get backed up. We try to keep it straightforward and don’t really go for all that fancy business talk you see everywhere else. It's just about showing up and doing what needs to be done.
