We are located in Trombay, Mumbai, specifically in K-Sector, D-Line, Room No 20 at Cheeta Camp. It’s a very local spot, and space is pretty tight around here, as anyone who knows Mumbai can tell you. We’ve been operating Pranav Construction System from this little spot for a while. It’s not a big office, but it’s all we need to get our work done. Most of our day is spent out on the actual construction sites rather than sitting in that room. The traffic and the narrow streets of Cheeta Camp make it a challenge to get materials in and out, but we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. When you talk to us, you’re talking to the people who are actually doing the work. We deal with all the usual construction headaches like the monsoon rain and the difficulty of finding good labor. It’s a lot of hands-on management. We don't use any fancy corporate talk or try to sound like we’re more than we are. We’re just a small outfit trying to build things that are solid and safe. Our room in the D-Line is where we keep our tools and our schedules. It’s a noisy, busy place to live and work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
