Our place is in the Bhatia Compound, right over in C-15, J Block in Kandivali West. If you’re looking for us, we’re just opposite the Gurudev Petrol Pump, which makes it easy for the delivery drivers to find the gate. It’s an industrial area, so it’s pretty dusty and there’s always a truck backing up somewhere nearby. We’ve been running Pramukh Enterprises from here for a good while. We handle a lot of different supplies and materials. It’s mostly just keeping track of what comes in and what goes out to the customers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs, a few old desks, and a lot of filing cabinets. We stay busy with the local trade. You get to know the other shop owners around the MIDC after a few years. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s honest work. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us answering the phones and making sure the orders are packed correctly in the back. The compound can get a bit tight when everyone is loading at once, but we make it work. It’s a practical setup for the kind of stuff we move. We like being in Kandivali, it's convenient for the workers and the transport. There is always someone around if you need a hand with a heavy load.
