We are located in Goregaon West, specifically at 9 Deshabhimani in Sri Nagar. If you know Mumbai, you know how packed Goregaon can be. Our office is in a spot that’s seen a lot of change over the years. We’ve watched new buildings go up while old ones stay exactly the same. That’s sort of what we do at Pramukh Development. We deal with the city’s growth in our own small way. It’s a lot of paperwork and meeting with people throughout the day. Sometimes it’s frustrating with all the rules and red tape, but that’s just the way it is here. We don’t have a flashy showroom. It’s just a place where we sit and work on things. You might hear the trains in the distance or the noise from the street. We’ve grown used to it over time. We aren’t some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team. We know the local area like the back of our hands. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just look at the plans, talk to the contractors, and try to move things forward. It’s a lot of back and forth. Some days are better than others. But we like being part of the neighborhood. It feels right to be working in a place where we actually live and walk every day. There is always something happening in Mumbai.
