Our place is in Kandivali East, on the second floor of Siddivinayak Arcade. It’s on Kumara Krupa Road, which is very close to the Kandivali East station. Being near the station is a bit of a double-edged sword because it’s always packed with people, but it makes it easy for us to get to work. We handle security cameras and that kind of technology. Our office has a lot of screens on the walls showing different camera feeds, which is just part of the job. It’s a busy office. There’s always someone on the phone or a technician coming in to pick up some equipment. The arcade itself has a lot of other small businesses, so there's a good mix of neighbors. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area grow quite a bit. It’s not a quiet place, but it has good energy. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans. We just sell cameras and help people figure out how to use them. Sometimes the elevator in the arcade is out of service, so we get our exercise on the stairs. We have a small pantry where we make tea, which is where most of our planning happens. The boxes from our shipments tend to pile up near the door until the recycling guy comes. It’s just a regular office where we try to do a good job every day and get things right.
