We are based in the Tanishka Industrial Building, specifically in units 03 and 103. It's tucked away in the Novelty Silk Mills Compound right off S.V. Road. If you know where the HPCL petrol pump is, you can find us pretty easily since we are right near it. The compound is usually full of trucks and people moving things around, so it gets quite loud during the day. Our space isn't anything fancy. We have the ground floor and another spot upstairs where we keep all the files and samples. Most days start early with the staff checking on the site schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over drawings on the big table. The air conditioning in the back office struggles sometimes when it gets really hot in Mumbai, but we make do with fans. S.V. Road is always a bit of a mess with traffic, so we try to time our site visits to avoid the worst of it. It’s just a regular working office where we try to get the interior jobs done on time. There is usually sawdust somewhere because of the wood samples we keep. We have been in this spot for a long time now and the neighbors in the building all know us. It’s a practical place for what we do, close enough to the main road but back far enough that we can actually get some work done without too much noise.
