Powertech Industries Registered Office

We are located at B-503 in Mohan Villa, right here in Vile Parle West. It's a pretty quiet spot most days, tucked away near Amrit Baug. If you know the area, you know how it gets during the rainy season. Powertech Industries Registered Office has been in this building for a while now. The office is on the fifth floor. Sometimes the lift takes a minute, so we just wait. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice. You can hear the sounds from the street below, but it's mostly just people going about their business. It’s a decent place to work from. Most of us get our tea from the shop around the corner in the mornings. There’s not much to say about the building itself, it’s just one of those typical residential-cum-office spots you see around Mumbai. We’ve got our desks set up and we just get on with the paperwork and the calls. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. Finding the place is usually easy enough if you tell the rickshaw guy near Amrit Baug. We spend a lot of time here just dealing with the daily stuff that comes with being a registered office. It's mostly quiet work, keeping things moving. We like being in this part of Vile Parle because everything is close by. It feels like a real neighborhood, not some sterile business park. There's a small parking area downstairs but it's always full, so we mostly use public transport.
