Poush. You can find us at the World Trade Centre in Colaba, specifically in Tower No 5 near Gate No 3. It's a bit of a walk from the main road but once you’re here, it’s a different vibe. We are at Colaba 27. The office crowd from the towers comes in mostly during the week. It’s a place where we serve food from back home, stuff like wazwan dishes. The space isn’t huge, but we’ve tried to make it comfortable. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up when it’s too hot outside, but we get it fixed. We deal with a lot of corporate orders since we are right in the middle of a business hub. The kitchen gets really busy around 1 PM. It's mostly quiet in the late afternoons before the evening shift starts. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. The building has its own rules and security, which is why you have to come through Gate 3. It’s not your typical street-side joint. We spend our days prepping meat and spices. The staff is used to the pace here. We don't have big signs or anything, just the name on the door in the tower. It’s a practical location for the people working nearby who want something different for their lunch break. It is just how things run here at the trade center.
