We are located in Chembur, specifically in room 16 on Saraswati Lane. It’s part of the Ekta Mitra Mandal area near P.L. Lokhande Marg. The address is a bit of a mouthful. Pestom Sagar is the general neighborhood. It’s a typical Mumbai spot with narrow lanes and lots of people. We work from a small room here. It’s quite tucked away. You have to find the Mehra Plot first. We deal with technical parts and motors. It’s precision work. Even though the surroundings are a bit messy, what we do inside is very detailed. We have been here for some time. Mumbai-89 is a busy pin code. There’s a lot of movement in the lanes. We get deliveries of small components. Sometimes it’s hard for the couriers to find us. We have to guide them on the phone. The room is packed with boxes and tools. It’s not a corporate skyscraper. It’s just a ground-level setup where we get the job done. The neighbors are mostly families and other small shops. We share tea with the guys next door. It’s a tight-knit place. We keep our heads down and work on the orders. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking. The fan hums all day to keep us cool. We don't have a big reception area or anything. If you come by, you'll see us right at the workbench. It’s just how we operate. We wouldn't want it any other way.
