We are over at Binani Bhuvan on the ground floor. If you know the Bhuleshwar area, you know how busy it gets around here. It is right on Atmaram Merchant Road in Anantwadi. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some files piled up. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but that is just how this part of town is. We mostly deal with local property matters. People from the neighborhood stop by to ask about rentals or things like that. It is a small team here. We usually start the day with some tea from the shop nearby and then get to work. The building itself is an older one, Plot No. 28/30. You have to look for the sign because there are so many shops around. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We do not have any big corporate goals, we just try to get the paperwork right for people. The walk from the main road is short but you have to dodge some scooters along the way. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at documents. It is a practical place. We like being on the ground floor because it is easier for folks to just step in. Nothing too complicated goes on here, just regular work. It’s just us doing what we do.
