Polysteel India Pvt Ltd is located in Chembur West, on S T Road at number 80. This part of Chembur is quite industrial, and our facility fits right in. We deal with steel and poly materials, which means there’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving things with forklifts. The space is large and has high ceilings, which is good because it gets very hot in the afternoons. We have these big rolls of material and stacks of steel sections that take up most of the room. It’s not a quiet place at all. There’s always the sound of metal clanging or a truck backing into the loading bay. We have a small office area near the entrance, but most of the action happens on the floor. The staff here is like a small family. We’ve worked together for years and we have our own way of doing things. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements. Most of our clients are other businesses that have been buying from us for a long time. They know where we are. The road outside is always busy with tankers and trucks, which makes getting deliveries in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We take our tea breaks together under the shade of the tree outside. It’s a tough, gritty kind of environment, but it’s what we know. We just focus on keeping the machines running and getting the orders loaded up every single day.
