Our office is located in Poonam Chambers, which is part of the Shivsagar Estate on Dr. Annie Besant Road. We are up on the seventh floor in sections D and E. It’s a well-known building in Mumbai, and you get a decent view of the city from up here, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window. Polymer Products Corporation deals with exactly what the name suggests—polymers and related materials. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. It’s a professional environment but it’s not stiff. We have a lot of samples lying around and plenty of files to go through. Dealing with polymers means we talk to a lot of manufacturers and suppliers. We aren't the kind of company that uses a lot of buzzwords. We just know our products and we know who needs them. The building can get pretty crowded during lunch hours, and the elevators are always busy, but that’s just part of being in this area. We’ve got a small, dedicated team here. Most of us have been in this industry for decades. We don’t really do big sales pitches. If someone needs a specific polymer, they call us, and we see if we can help them out. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, and it’s worked for us so far. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to our regular clients and new ones too.
