Polyfab Plastic Industries

Polyfab Plastic Industries is located at 2/14 in the Laxmi Industrial Estate. We’re right on G.D. Ambedkar Road in Wadala. It’s a busy part of the city, and the estate is always full of people moving things around. Our unit is one of many in the complex. Inside, we deal with plastic fabrication. It can get pretty noisy when the machines are all running at once. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other business owners in the estate. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny showroom. What we have is a shop floor that’s usually covered in offcuts and tools. We just take the orders and get to work. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at the same time on the narrow road outside. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of manual work, checking the quality of the plastic and making sure the dimensions are correct. We don't use fancy titles; we just all pitch in where we’re needed. It’s a simple way of working. The walls could probably use a coat of paint, but we’re more focused on what’s going out the door. We don't write big reports or have long seminars. We just look at the drawings and start the machines. It’s a practical, everyday kind of job that keeps us on our toes. We just get on with it and try to finish before the evening rush starts.
