Plastopack Industries

We have been here at Sheetal Shagun Industrial Estate for quite some time now. Our unit is on the first floor, spanning numbers 26 through 29. If you are coming down Sativali Road, we are easy to spot because we are right near Waliv Phata. It is usually busy around here, especially being opposite the Mahindra showroom. We spend most of our days dealing with the usual plastic packaging work that comes through the door. It is a bit loud sometimes with the machinery running, but that is just how an industrial estate works. There are a lot of us working here in Vasai East. Most of the staff comes in early to get the machines warmed up and the orders sorted out. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything like that. Usually, it’s just us on the floor making sure things are packed right and ready to go out on the trucks. The building is a bit older, but it serves the purpose for what we do. Sometimes the traffic on Sativali Road can get backed up in the afternoons, which makes loading a bit of a hassle for the drivers. We just keep at it though. It’s a straightforward job. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, more shops opening up and more people moving into the neighborhood. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to get the work done before the day ends. That is basically us in a nutshell, just a regular group of people working in a factory.
