We are based in the B-Wing of J-Block at the Satam Industrial Estate on Chakala Road in Andheri East. Anyone who knows Andheri knows how packed it is. Satam Industrial Estate is a massive complex with all sorts of businesses squeezed in together. Plasto Crafts Industries Pvt. Ltd. is our little corner in all that madness. We’ve got machines running and people moving around constantly. It’s noisy and smells a bit like plastic most of the time, but that’s just the nature of what we do. Getting in and out of the estate can be a challenge during peak hours because of all the delivery vans. Our space isn't very large, so we have to stay organized or we’d run out of room for the finished goods. We have a small office tucked into the corner where we handle the bills and phone calls. The air conditioning is always fighting a losing battle against the heat from the equipment. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. Most people find us because they need specific parts made and they know we’ve been here for years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a busy, gritty environment, but it’s where we feel at home. We just focus on the daily output and making sure the quality is okay for the people who buy from us. No big talk, just work.
