Planners

We are located in Dadar West. Our office is actually Flat No 7 in the Vailankanni Co Operative. It is a regular residential building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have been here for many years. We call ourselves Planners because that is what our daily life involves. We look at maps and layouts and try to make sense of how things should be built or organized. It involves a lot of reading through government rules and filing various forms. It isn't always exciting work, but it is necessary. The room is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing away. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep our energy up. Dadar West is a very hectic area, so stepping into our office feels a bit like getting away from the chaos for a while. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know each other well. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything fancy. We just try to get the planning right so people don't run into trouble with their projects. Sometimes we have to go down to the local offices to follow up on things. Most of our clients are local folks who have known us for a long time. It’s a steady way to work and we are happy with how things are. We just keep our heads down.
