Planet Health Lifestyle Studio

Our studio, Planet Health Lifestyle Studio, is located in the Naya Oriental CHS building. We are over in Borivali West, specifically in the LIC Colony area. It is a nice residential part of the 400103 zip code. We are right opposite the Karnataka Bank, so if you find that, you’ve found us. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to some other parts of Mumbai, which we like. We’ve set up the studio to be a straightforward place for the locals to use. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a small business that we run ourselves. We spend a lot of our time making sure the mats are clean and the equipment is in good shape. Living and working in Borivali means we know a lot of the people who walk past our doors every day. Sometimes we have a chat with the neighbors or the folks from the bank across the street. We don’t use any complicated systems here. Everything is handled directly by us. It’s an honest way to work, and we enjoy being part of the LIC Colony community. The building is an older one, but it has character. We keep the lights on and the doors open for anyone in the area who needs a place to focus on their health. It is just a normal, everyday studio where we do our best to keep things running.
