PLA COMPONENTS

PLA COMPONENTS operates out of Thakor Estate on Kuria Kirol Road in Vidhyavihar. It’s a busy industrial pocket where everyone is focused on their own manufacturing or trading. We’ve got our space here filled with all kinds of components. It’s the kind of place where you’ll find boxes stacked to the ceiling. We spend a lot of time counting stock and checking parts to make sure everything is right. Vidhyavihar is a convenient location for us, even if the roads are a bit narrow and crowded. The estate itself has a lot of history and you can hear the sounds of machines from the neighbors throughout the day. We aren't much for fancy decorations. Our walls are mostly covered with shelves and calendars. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a routine down. We get in early to beat some of the traffic and stay until the orders for the day are sorted. The floor in our unit is made of plain concrete and it’s seen a lot of wear over the years. We have some heavy metal cupboards where we lock up the more expensive components at night. Thakor Estate is a bit of a labyrinth if you don't know your way around. We have a small sink in the corner to wash up after handling the oily parts. Sometimes we have to shout to be heard over the noise of the neighboring workshop's machines.
