It’s a handy spot because we’re right near the telephone exchange, so everyone knows where that is. Working in the pharma impex side of things means we have to be quite careful with our records. The office gets a bit cluttered with samples and files, but we know where everything is. We handle the importing and exporting of various pharmaceutical-related items. It can be a bit of a headache with all the regulations, but we just follow the rules and keep moving. Sometimes the humidity in Mumbai makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but the AC works most of the time. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make sure our clients get what they ordered on time. Usually, my day starts with a pile of emails and ends with a lot of phone calls to logistics companies. It’s a straightforward business. We like being in Vile Parle because it’s easy to get around from here. We’ve been here long enough that the security guard at the gate knows our names and waves us in.
