Pioneer Adhesives Private Limited

Our spot is over in Malad East, right on Film City Road. If you’ve ever tried to drive through Mumbai, you know how hectic this specific area can get with all the traffic and people. We are located in Sankalp-2, in unit C-701. It’s a typical office building and we are way up on the seventh floor. Pimparipada is the neighborhood, and it’s always got something happening. Working with adhesives means we deal with a lot of barrels, glue samples, and that distinct chemical smell that never really goes away. We’re a private limited company, but the team is small and we all end up doing a bit of everything. From the window, you can see the constant movement of cars down below, which is a nice distraction when we’re stuck on a long phone call. The Mumbai humidity can be a real pain for storing our products, so we have to be careful with the ventilation in the storage areas. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on getting the right glue to the right people. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and a look at the inventory sheets to see what’s going out. It’s a busy life in a busy city, and we are just happy to be tucked away in our little corner of Malad. It is a bit cramped with all the paperwork but we manage to stay organized enough.
