Our office is in the Swarna Bhumi Complex, inside Sundarum CHS. We are on the second floor, specifically at B-4/B-204. It is located in the Sukhapur area of Panvel. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are right in the middle of a lot of infrastructure growth. You can see it everywhere you look around here. We work on big projects, but our office feels pretty small and personal. There are always stacks of papers and big maps laid out on the tables. Panvel is a busy place these days, especially with the new developments in Sukhapur and Taopvan. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and different sites. It can be exhausting, but it is the nature of the business. We have been in this complex for some time now. The other tenants in Sundarum CHS know us well. We are not some international firm with thousands of employees in suits. We are a practical team that knows how to handle the local landscape and the challenges that come with it. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we make it work somehow. It is a busy life, and we are just trying to keep up with all the changes happening in Panvel. We take things one day at a time and focus on the project at hand. There is always a lot to do, but we just keep going.
