Our office is in the Dewan Center, which is over in Jogeshwari West. We are on the first floor in office number 5, right near the busy Jangali Maharaj Road area. We deal with induction equipment, which is a bit of a niche field. Most of our work involves helping factories with their heating and melting processes. It is more of a technical office than a retail shop. You won't find things on shelves to buy; instead, we have drawings, technical manuals, and computer screens with designs. Our engineers are often out on site, so the office can feel a bit empty during the middle of the day. Then they come back and there’s a lot of noise and talking about how to fix a particular machine. We’ve been at this location for some time, including the Magarpatta connection. The Dewan Center is a busy place with lots of different businesses. We have a few desks and a small area where we meet with clients who come to discuss their projects. It’s not a very big space, but it serves our purpose well enough. We don't do a lot of marketing or anything like that. Most of our clients have known us for years. We just focus on the engineering side of things and making sure the equipment works like it should. It’s technical work but we enjoy the challenge of getting things right.
