Pidilite Industries Limited

Our spot is on Ram Krishan Mandir Road over in Andheri East. It’s a busy area and the street outside always has something going on. Being here at Pidilite Industries Limited means there is always a lot of movement. People coming in and out with documents or checking on things. We have been at this location for a good while. The building is older but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. It’s not like those shiny new glass towers you see further out. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people talking. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s really hot outside in May. We have a lot of history in this neighborhood. Everyone around here knows the Mandir road landmarks. Our work keeps us pretty occupied from morning until late evening. There are always boxes moving through the corridors and the sound of tape dispensers. It is a practical kind of place where things get done. We don't spend much time on decorations or making it look like a showroom. It’s more of a working office where the focus is on the logistics and the paperwork. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the shift. It’s a steady environment and we are used to the rhythm of the traffic and the local trains nearby. This is just our daily routine here at the Andheri office.
